However, as you are faithful to train up your children, God will be faithful to grow their love and intimacy for Him. The key is to rejoice in the victories as your faith is strengthened and to learn from and grow through what hasn’t worked well. Sometimes the best thing you can do is to pray like Jehoshaphat: “We do not know what to do, but our eyes are upon you” (2 Chronicles 20:12).
