ON MAY 2, 2002, come and join a multitude of pastors, leaders of Christian organizations, and others who have a heart for corporate revival. We will gather in Washington, D.C., for a special service. On this, America's National Day of Prayer, we will gather from across the nation starting at 11:00 a.m. for an extended season of sharing and prayer. We will be joined by scores of members of America's National Prayer Committee, Mission America, and the National Revival Network.
At 7:00 p.m. we will participate in the live three-hour, televised Nationally Broadcast Concert of Prayer (originating from Washington, with uplink from "Ground Zero" in NYC). Carried on thousands of radio and television stations throughout America and the Western Hemisphere, this 9th annual broadcast will focus specifically on the URGENT APPEAL document and campaign, leading millions to pray through the issues raised in the document, and calling them to join the campaign.
In a multitude of ways, throughout the day and evening, we will cry out urgently together to the Lord: "Come, Lord Jesus, to your Church. Bring revival. Unfold a great awakening to yourself and your Kingdom throughout the land . . . and 'Let it begin with me.'"
